Rachel got her cast removed and they made a splint to wear for the next 3 weeks. The edges of it were a little sharp so Rex, an orthotist, decided to replace her splint. He made it today on his day off. It is foam lined, with a lovely butterfly design. Rachel loves it! Shown in the photo is the old one and Rachel is wearing the new one. How handy that daddy could make it for her!
